For nearly two decades, I’ve served as a trusted strategic advisor to founders, CEOs, leadership teams, boards, and investors across creative firms, professional-services organizations, national associations, financial consultancies, and mission-driven companies.

I partner with leaders at moments of opportunity and inflection, when the stakes are high, the path is unclear, or the organization has outgrown the structure, systems, or team that carried it this far.

My work is grounded in three core beliefs:

  1. Strategy must be clear, executable, and aligned across the organization. Without aligned leadership and operational clarity, strategy stalls.

  2. Leadership is a multiplier. When leaders have clarity, cohesion, and confidence, the entire organization strengthens.

  3. Organizational resilience is no longer optional. Today’s environment requires organizations that can adapt quickly, withstand volatility, and scale sustainably. Resilience is both a design choice and a leadership capability, and it’s at the heart of my work.

Sarah Newhall (Founder & CEO) is a former Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member who has walked in your shoes, professionalizing agencies while protecting their strategic and creative core. She brings first‑hand insight into the challenges of scaling creative businesses without sacrificing culture. Her background in strategy, change management, and organization leadership means she can quickly diagnose issues, design practical solutions, and coach teams through adoption. Prior roles include Google, Selectable Media (acquired by Meredith), Blue State (acquired by WPP), and MissionWired (acquired by Data Axle / Stone Goff Partners, acquired CCAH and Zuri Group).
